ABOUT US
تأسست جمعية الشهادة للإسكان (ASHA) كجمعية إسكانية يقودها مسلمون، وهي الأولى من نوعها في المملكة المتحدة عام ١٩٨٩. وبصفتها مؤجرًا اجتماعيًا مسجلًا، دأبت ASHA على توفير السكن في بيوت الشباب والشقق والمنازل في منطقتي لامبيث وساوثوارك اللندنيتين المرموقتين. ورغم تأسيسها كجمعية إسكانية ذات توجه ديني، إلا أنها تعمل كمنظمة عامة يمثل مجلس إدارتها ومستأجروها وموظفوها ديانات ومجتمعات متنوعة. نقدم خدماتنا بغض النظر عن العرق أو اللون أو التوجه الديني.
OUR SERVICES
الإقامة
All our properties are offered to the London Boroughs of Lambeth, Southwark and Croydon through our nominations agreement. We do however operate a hostel scheme for single people through referral agencies.
MAINTENANCE
As landlords we take the responsibility to ensure all our tenanted properties are in a wind and weatherproof condition and that all appliances for hot water and space heating are in general good repair and a serviceable condition.
APPROPRIATE HOUSING OPTIONS
We have housing across the London Boroughs of Lambeth, Croydon and Southwark. We manage 154 general needs homes, including 128 in Lambeth, 21 in Southwark and 5 in Croydon. We also provide 68 hostel bed spaces across our supported housing schemes.
