Officer and now serves as Tenancy Officer. He manages tenancy and licence

agreements, supports tenants with a compassionate and practical approach,

and helps promote sustainable tenancies and strong communities.

With a background in Accounting and Financial Information Systems, plus experience

in finance and customer service, Faizan brings strong accountability, problem-solving

skills, and a fair, professional approach to managing complex tenancy matters.

Faizan is dedicated to delivering a high-quality service, building positive relationships with residents while ensuring tenancy matters are managed consistently and effectively. His proactive approach helps residents sustain their tenancies and access the support they need.
