Maariyah Patel

Maariyah Patel joined the Association in 2026 as an Admin Assistant in the SEA Team. She graduated in 2025 with a Joint Honours Bachelor’s degree in History and Politics.

Prior to this, Maariyah volunteered with her local council for five years as a Youth Parliament Member, an elected role in which she represented the views and interests of young people in her community. In this position, she worked closely with council teams to help shape and improve services for young people across both school settings and the wider community.

Her interests include literature, sports, and trying new cuisines.
